1) Is shipping available to all countries? Do you ship to the USA or Australia?

No, at this time I only ship to EU countries. Additional countries will be added soon.

2) How can I check the status of my shipment?

You can find your tracking number in the email or in your account under shipment status.

3) I haven't received my shipping confirmation email.

Please check your spam folder, as sometimes emails may end up there.

4) In what timeframe do you send packages?

It usually takes more than a week to get the packages ready and shipped since I work full-time and can only do it in my free time. I'm working on making that time shorter!

5) My items were damaged during travel, what should I do?

Please contact me via email (sunna.illustration@gmail.com) or on Instagram and attach any relevant photos. We will find a solution!

6) "Can I ask you for...?"

Sure! Just include it in the notes when you order. That way, it's easier for me to check and makes sure I don’t lose your request!

7) Do you take commissions?

You can find my commission status here, along with the cost and other details. Right now, I’m only taking artwork commissions.
